JOINT HONOURS DEGREE WITH PHILOSOPHY AS AN EQUAL COMPONENT

Year 2 students must take:

• At least 30 credits from the following modules:

  • • • PY2001 Kant (15 credits)

      • PY2002 Mind and World (15 credits)

      • PY2202 Empiricism and Rationalism (15 credits)

      • PY2900 Race, Gender and Queer Philosophy (15 credits)

• The remaining Philosophy credits from any other optional Philosophy module (PY) (credits in PY modules overall to amount to 60 in total)

• Student are permitted to take 30 credits of the following PR-coded modules:

  • • • PR2490 – Contemporary Political Theory (30 credits)

      • PR2560 – Modern Political Thought (30 credits)

• 60 credits in the other subject (e.g. History).
